Firearms & FFL Items

Firearms and other regulated items are shipped only in compliance with applicable law.
Where required, shipment must be sent to a licensed receiving FFL.
The customer is responsible for confirming that the receiving dealer will accept the transfer.
Any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Restricted Items

Orders for restricted items may be delayed, modified, or canceled if they cannot legally be shipped.
Magazine capacity restrictions and other feature-based limitations may apply depending on jurisdiction.

FFL Transfer Policy

Firearms transferred through NBS FIREARMS ENTERPRISE are subject to all required identification, paperwork, and background check procedures. Transfer service is provided only when the item and transaction are lawful in the relevant jurisdiction.

Valid government-issued identification is required.
All transfers are subject to review and legal eligibility.
Background check or transfer-related fees may still apply whether a transaction is approved or denied.
Customers should not arrange shipment until transfer acceptance is confirmed when applicable.

Order Review & Compliance

Orders may be reviewed before shipment or transfer processing. NBS FIREARMS ENTERPRISE reserves the right to request additional information, decline a transaction, or cancel an order when required by law, policy, product restrictions, or suspected fraud concerns.

Orders that cannot be lawfully completed due to destination restrictions, buyer eligibility, or receiving dealer refusal may be canceled.

Returns & Order Issues

All sales involving firearms or regulated items may be final unless otherwise required by law or approved by store policy.
Non-firearm items may be eligible for return only if unused, compliant with policy, and approved in advance.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer should contact the store promptly.
